Matt and horchata, Olvera Street, Los Angeles, Spring 2007
Matthew Robinson grew up in Central Kentucky, now lives in Central Connecticut, and enjoys writing about the relationships among people, places, and the foods they eat. He has a B.A. in Urban and Community Studies from the University of Connecticut, and is probably certainly going to be in grad school this fall as an aspiring food policy wonk.
When he’s not eating, cooking, and obsessing about New England hot dog culture, Matt enjoys riding roller coasters (around 190 at last count, give or take), traveling, reading, and writing about himself in the third person.
